Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Agent Link by Access Patrol, Incorporated

Review-First Platform. Agent Link is a review-first coordination and readiness platform. It does not automatically dispatch personnel, verify credentials, approve payroll, process official invoices, process payments, or make legal or compliance decisions unless those functions are separately authorized and supported by active backend systems.

1. Service Overview

Agent Link is a coordination and readiness platform operated by Access Patrol, Incorporated. The platform allows clients to submit service requests, agents to submit applications and readiness information, prime contractors to submit work orders, and authorized tenant users to manage tenant-scoped records — all subject to human review by Access Patrol before any operational workflow is activated.

Agent Link operates as a temporary, review-first platform. It is not a production-grade automated dispatch, payroll, credentialing, or compliance system. All workflows require human operator review.

2. Review-First Operational Boundary

All service requests, agent applications, work orders, tenant invitations, and tenant user records submitted through Agent Link are subject to human review. No automatic dispatch, assignment, deployment, credentialing, payroll approval, or invoice generation occurs without explicit human authorization.

Submission of any form, request, or tenant invitation does not create an active service agreement, staffing commitment, employment relationship, credential approval, or compliance certification.

3. Tenant Account Responsibilities

Tenant accounts are scoped to a specific organization (tenant_id). Tenant account holders are responsible for ensuring that all users added to their tenant workspace are authorized representatives of their organization.

Tenant accounts must not be used to attempt access to other tenants' records, platform admin tools, or global operator functions. Unauthorized cross-tenant access attempts are prohibited and will result in suspension.

4. Tenant User Responsibilities

Tenant users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials, reporting unauthorized access promptly, and using the platform only within their assigned tenant scope and role.

Tenant users may not attempt to escalate their own permissions, assign platform-level roles, or access records outside their authorized tenant_id.

5. Role and Permission Responsibility

Role assignments within Agent Link are subject to human review and approval. Tenant executives may assign only tenant-level roles (Tenant Admin, Tenant Operator, Tenant Supervisor, Tenant Agent, Tenant Client User, Tenant Billing Viewer Placeholder, Tenant Read-Only Viewer). Platform-level roles (Platform Owner, Platform Admin, Access Patrol Operator) may only be assigned by Access Patrol platform administrators.

Attempting to assign, assume, or claim platform-level roles without authorization is prohibited.

6. No Automatic Dispatch Disclaimer

Agent Link does not automatically dispatch security personnel, agents, or contractors. All deployment decisions require explicit human review and authorization by Access Patrol. Submitting a service request does not guarantee staffing, coverage, or deployment.

7. No Credential Verification Disclaimer

Agent Link does not automatically verify credentials, licenses, certifications, background check results, or compliance statuses. All credential readiness items are review placeholders subject to human verification. Agent Link is not an official licensing authority.

8. No Payroll or Employment Decision Disclaimer

Agent Link does not automatically approve payroll, process employment decisions, issue W-2 or 1099 forms, or establish employer-employee relationships. Timekeeping and hours records within Agent Link are review placeholders pending human verification. No hours record within Agent Link constitutes an official payroll authorization.

9. Billing and Payment Boundary

FCE service invoicing is live — Stripe processes real payments for completed security service invoices on behalf of Access Patrol. Operators review and finalize invoices before payment links are issued to clients.

Subscription plan billing for external tenants is not yet active and requires separate authorization. Agent Link does not automatically activate subscription billing, charge credit cards for plans, or grant paid features without explicit authorization.

10. No Emergency Response Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Agent Link is not an emergency response system. If there is an emergency, active threat, crime in progress, or immediate danger — call 911 or local emergency services immediately. Do not submit a web form or wait for platform review.

11. Data Accuracy and User-Submitted Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through Agent Link. Access Patrol does not independently verify all submitted information. Inaccurate, misleading, or false submissions may result in review rejection or account suspension.

12. Acceptable Use Reference

Use of Agent Link is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include unauthorized cross-tenant access, platform role escalation attempts, misrepresentation of credentials, and emergency misuse.

13. Subscription and Billing Placeholder Notice

Agent Link does not currently offer active paid subscription plans. A future SaaS billing model may be introduced for external tenant accounts. Any subscription or billing arrangement will require separate agreement and explicit activation. This notice does not constitute an offer or commitment to any pricing or plan.

14. Service Level Agreement Placeholder

Agent Link does not currently publish a formal uptime SLA or guaranteed service availability commitment. A future paid SaaS or enterprise plan may include a published SLA, incident response process, maintenance windows, support response targets, and backend monitoring. This placeholder does not guarantee any uptime, response time, or availability.

15. Data Processing Addendum Placeholder

A formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may be required before onboarding external enterprise tenants or tenants subject to specific privacy or regulatory obligations (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR). This placeholder does not replace legal review or constitute legal advice. Contact Access Patrol at info@accesspatrol.net to request a DPA discussion.

16. Service Availability Disclaimer

Agent Link is provided as-is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The platform may be updated, modified, or taken offline for maintenance without advance notice. Access Patrol is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or operational delays caused by platform unavailability.

17. Termination and Suspension Placeholder

Access Patrol reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or platform governance rules. Tenant accounts may be suspended if cross-tenant access attempts, unauthorized role escalation, or platform abuse is detected. Suspension and termination procedures will be developed further as the platform matures.

18. Limitation of Liability Placeholder

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Access Patrol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Agent Link. The total liability of Access Patrol to any party for any claim arising from use of Agent Link shall not exceed the amount paid by that party to Access Patrol in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation is a placeholder — final liability terms will be established with legal counsel prior to full SaaS launch.
