Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Access Patrol, Incorporated for your use of Agent Link. Work orders, scheduling, attendance, field reports, completion proof and invoicing for security agencies, their clients and their agents.

• Keep your sign-in details private.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Agent Link.

The Acceptable Use page has the full list of rules. In short:

• Do not try to reach records, accounts or features you are not allowed to use.
• Do not share your password or sign-in codes.
• Do not try to get around access controls.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or give false information.
• Do not upload files that contain malware.
• Do not scrape or bulk-export data you are not allowed to export.
• Do not test the security of the app without written permission.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful.

• Acceptable Use

• Agent Link is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
• Agent Link is a coordination platform. It is not a party to contracts between an agency and a client.
• Agent Link does not employ security agents directly. Agents are engaged by agencies.
• Agent Link does not guarantee staffing, response times, security outcomes or compliance with any specific standard.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You enter card details on Stripe's page. Agent Link does not store card numbers.
