Tenant Data Isolation Notice. Tenant data is intended to be tenant-scoped. Some tenant isolation features are currently implemented at the app level, while future backend and server-side row-level security remains required before full external SaaS launch.
Agent Link collects information you voluntarily submit through service request forms, agent application forms, contact forms, and internal tenant workspace actions. Categories of information collected include:
Tenant accounts are organizational workspaces within Agent Link. Tenant account data includes the organization name, tenant identifier, tenant type, ownership contact, and subscription status placeholder. Tenant account data is visible only to authorized platform administrators and tenant users with appropriate roles.
Tenant user records include email address placeholders, display name placeholders, assigned tenant roles, account status, invite status, and permission scope. Tenant user records are visible only within the authorized tenant workspace. Platform roles are masked from tenant executive views to protect platform governance boundaries.
Service request records include client name, contact information, site details, service category, scheduling information, and special instructions. Service request records are protected and visible only to the submitting client and authorized Access Patrol operators. Service request records are not exposed publicly.
Agent profile and application records include availability preferences, service preferences, general location information, credential readiness placeholders, and readiness checklist items. Agent records are protected and visible only to authorized Access Patrol operators and the agent themselves. Agent private records (pay rates, full credential documents, background check details) are not exposed to clients, prime contractors, or public visitors.
Client profile and prime contractor profile records are protected and visible only to authorized Access Patrol operators and the respective organization's authorized users. Client-safe and prime-safe documentation summaries are available to clients and prime contractors within their authorized workspace only.
Internal operational review data — including timekeeping review records, coverage exception records, documentation review items, payment review placeholders, and operator review queue items — is strictly internal and visible only to authorized Access Patrol operators and platform administrators. This data is not shared with clients, agents, or prime contractors except through authorized, sanitized summary views.
Records in Agent Link that are created for demonstration or testing purposes are labeled with demo_data: true and source_system: base44_live. Demo data does not represent real individuals, real services, or real operational commitments.
Information submitted through Agent Link is used to:
No submission automatically creates an active service, assignment, contract, employment relationship, or payroll authorization.
Access Patrol does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared:
Agent Link implements tenant data isolation through tenant_id scoping on entity records, client-side route guards, and role-based access controls. Records are filtered by tenant_id so that tenant users see only their own organization's records.
Important limitation: Tenant isolation is currently enforced at the application layer. Server-side row-level security and backend enforcement are not yet active and are classified as Future Backend Required. This means that data isolation guarantees for external enterprise tenants cannot be formally committed to until backend enforcement is implemented and audited.
Agent Link does not currently have a formally published data retention schedule. Records created within Agent Link are retained within the Base44 platform database until deleted by authorized platform administrators. A formal data retention policy will be developed prior to full external SaaS launch. This placeholder does not constitute a binding retention commitment.
Individuals or organizations may submit data deletion requests by contacting Access Patrol at info@accesspatrol.net. Automated data deletion workflows are not yet active and are classified as Future Backend Required. Deletion requests will be handled manually by the Access Patrol team with human review.
Data export, deletion, correction, and retention review requests may be submitted through Agent Link support or the protected tenant data request panel where available. Automated export and deletion are not active in this version and may require human review and future backend support.
To submit a request: use the support page, or if you have tenant access, use the Data Requests tab in your tenant workspace. All requests are reviewed manually. No export files are generated automatically. No records are automatically deleted.
Deletion may be limited by operational records, legal obligations, security review, business record retention, audit requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or future compliance obligations.
Agent Link uses authentication provided by the Base44 platform, role-based access control, route guards, noindex protections on protected pages, and tenant_id scoping to limit data exposure. All protected pages are excluded from public search indexing, public navigation, and public sitemaps.
We recommend that all users enable two-factor authentication on their Google account (used for sign-in) at myaccount.google.com/security.
Agent Link is hosted on the Base44 platform. Future integrations with third-party services (payment processors, email providers, calendar services, analytics services) are planned but not currently active. When third-party services are activated, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect data sharing with those providers.
A formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may be required before onboarding external enterprise tenants or tenants subject to specific privacy or regulatory obligations. This placeholder does not replace legal review or constitute legal advice. Contact Access Patrol to request a DPA discussion.
Agent Link is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through Agent Link, contact us at info@accesspatrol.net to request removal.
